To preserve balance in employer-employee relations and protect employers’ ability to create and retain jobs, MMA will combat efforts by the National Labor Relations Board and U.S. Department of Labor to exceed their authority and advance a politically motivated agenda to the detriment of manufacturers through proposed rules that
restrict employer rights.
