H.R. Help Line

Posting Requirements

Under state and federal law, companies are required to display posters on their job site(s) depending upon the number of employees and other factors. The posters are free and this document will help determine which ones you need and how to get them.

Retention Guidelines

Due to the magnitude of legal requirements, as well as the specific needs of each company, it is advisable for MMA members to implement a tailored records retention policy. These guidelines will help you to put that policy in place.
