What is dry ice blasting?
Dry ice blasting is a process where dry ice (solid CO2) pellets are accelerated in a pressurized air stream to effectively clean a wide variety of surfaces. A key advantage of dry ice blasting is that it leaves behind no secondary waste (CO2 sublimates), making it an environmentally friendly way to clean without any harmful chemicals.
Why do manufacturers need this service?
The dry ice cleaning process removes materials such as production residue, welding spatter, release agents, contaminants, grease, inks, oils and biofilms. Blasting pressure can be adjusted lower for more delicate surfaces and higher for heavy duty cleaning applications.

All equipment is manufactured locally in Jackson, Michigan.
Plant Cleaning Services
Nu-Ice Age also offers plant cleaning services through their plant services division.
