More than 20 Employees? You need an OfficeMax Business Account

Members that have more than 20 employees will be receive their own personal account manager assigned to them who will assist them setting up their own account number that is attached to the MMA/OfficeMax program for ordering supplies.

Less than 20 Employees? You need an OfficeMax Instant Purchasing Account (IPA)

Members that have 20 employees or less can purchase online with an Instant Purchasing Account (IPA).Request your IPA information and you will receive a correspondence from OfficeMax with your User Name and Password as was well as a Digital Retail Connect to shop OfficeMax stores.
