More than 40 Employees? You need an OfficeMax Business Account
Members with more than 40 employees will receive their own personal account manager assigned to them who will assist them setting up their own account number that is attached to the MMA/OfficeMax program for ordering supplies.
Less than 40 Employees? You need an OfficeMax Instant Purchasing Account (IPA)

- Business Accounts: Contact OfficeMax after you have established your new business account with OfficeMax and request your Retail Connect Card. You will receive this card in the mail and it can be tied directly to your account history. You have the option to pay for the product in the store or have it bill back to your business account. (Bill back option will require a Terms & Condition form to be signed). Business Accounts are also entitled to a “Digital Retail Connect Card” mentioned below.
- Instant Purchasing Account: A “Digital Retail Connect Card” will be sent to you when you request your IPA account information. You can take this to an OfficeMax store and they will laminate this for you for FREE. All purchased will need to be paid for by cash, credit card or check.
