Cancellations

Cancellations must be made three (3) business days prior to the event to receive a full refund. Registrants who do not cancel three (3) business days in advance are responsible for the entire registration fee, however, all handout materials will be made available.

No Shows

If the registrant does not show up for the event and does not send a replacement, the registrant will be responsible for the full registration fee.

Substitutions

Substitutions may be made any time prior to the beginning of the event.

MMA Cancellations / Rescheduling / Location Changes

In the event that MMA must cancel an event, all paid registrants of that seminar will receive a full refund. With notice, MMA reserves the right to reschedule or change locations for an event at any time. Upon the change, registrants will receive the opportunity to attend on the rescheduled date or new location, or request a full refund.
