Seminar Host Program

As a member, you have the unique opportunity to host an MMA seminar right at your facility. No fees, no travel time and no travel expenses. You select the topic and enroll up to five of your employees at no charge. MMA coordinates all of the details.

To participate as a host, MMA only requires that you have a meeting room available to accommodate at least 20 people comfortably. The first five seats are yours, and the remaining seats will be offered to other MMA members so they can attend the seminar along with your staff. Hosts are invited, but not required, to provide a 20 to 30 minute tour of their facility as an added feature for program participants.

If you are interested in hosting an MMA seminar, please indicate what topic(s) you may be interested in bringing to your facility on the MMA Seminar Host Application and provide dates that your meeting room would be available. Generally, seminars are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays as a 3-hour program (9:00 am - noon). Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to respond quickly!

Even if you’re not interested in hosting a seminar at this time, please take a moment to indicate your interest in the seminar topics listed on the MMA Seminar Host Application. Your input is helpful to us in providing programming that truly meets the needs of manufacturers across the state.

For more information contact MMA’s LeAnn Hicks, at 800-253-9039 (press 9 and ext. 557) or 517-487-8557.
