Get a 50-percent Discount on Valuable Compensation Data

Find out how your company’s wages, salaries and perks stack up against other companies in your area and of your size. Participate in the MMA/Management Resource Center, Inc. (MRC) Compensation in Michigan Manufacturing survey and receive the survey report at half the non-participant price.

Open the 2008 survey [Excel file] and simply follow the directions to participate. When you participate next year you can quickly access your saved file and make any necessary changes. The deadline to participate this year and receive the 50-percent discount is March 31.

Compensation data from companies of all sizes and from across Michigan is collected and broken down into hundreds of jobs, ranging from clerical to managerial to executive positions, covering both office and plant environments. Data on base salary and total cash compensation levels, incentive plan participation, supplemental benefit programs and executive perquisites are included.
