How do I calculate my company's annual dues?MMA dues are determined using Capital and Surplus (C&S) figures, allocable to Michigan. Data necessary to calculate C&S can be found on the company Balance Sheet. C&S is equivalent to the total stockholder equity. For more information, see the How to Calculate Dues brochure.
