MMA Debunks EFCA Myths3/27/2009MMA released the second in a series of video messages featuring MMA President and CEO Chuck Hadden to alert members to the dangers of the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA), also known as the Card Check bill. This video addresses some of the most common myths about the EFCA with information on the issue and how you can join in the effort to protect the rights of both employers and employees.
